Bonn Gulf Limited is a licensed Saudi company that acts as a legal administrative coordinator linking certified Filipino technical personnel with vehicle maintenance workshops and agencies within the Kingdom.

We are not an employer and do not issue visas. We work through our authorized agents with the DMW (formerly POEA) and in coordination with the MWO.

We are committed to Legal-First: no operation without a JD/WO specifying the location, time, scope, deliverables, and financial impact, with a time-stamped technical file that resolves any disputes (Proof by Design). Data processing is in accordance with PDPL (KSA) and RA 10173 (PH).

Smart Application and Matching: Analyzing your experience (Light/Medium/Heavy & Systems), tools, and languages, and recommending suitable opportunities (City/Shift/Equipment).

Hard Gate Skill Verification: Initial acceptance conditional on TESDA matching + independent video for each skill (details below).

Video interviews + practical test (when applicable) and L1–L4 certification level determination.

Required documentation prior to any implementation:

JD: Title, Tasks, Tools, Technical/Safety Limits

WO: Location, Time/Duration, Measurable Outputs, Financial Impact. Door-to-Door for Field Service

Legal Path and Travel: 100% Name Match to Passport, Avoiding Restricted Transit. Pre-Departure Instructions.

Arrival and Onboarding: Standardized arrival letter, safety briefing and equipment, first WO implemented with full documentation.

Strict Daily Operation: Time-stamped logs, brief reports for each WO, Roadside/Mobile by independent WO Door-to-Door Calculation

Technical File (Proof by Design): Attendance, before/after photos, scanned/aligned/stressed reports, WO copies, correspondence—a binding reference for billing and dispute resolution.

Monthly Financial Follow-up: Stamped pay slips and any deductions/additions/advances with an original receipt and a copy sent within 48 hours. Vouchers within 5 business days.

Changes/Overtime/Day Off: No verbal change. Any amendment = new WO. Overtime/Day Off with a separate WO.

Complaints and Escalation: 48-hour notification in a standardized format. Sequence: Agency (DMW) → MWO → DMW → (NLRC if applicable).

Replacement and Termination: One replacement within 90 days for a proven, unseen, substantial professional defect at the time of approval. Termination/transfer through official channels only.

Static Safety Line: High-Voltage/Pneumatic/Hydraulic work shall only be performed with an approved qualification and certification, and with specific LOTO and PPE procedures.

The camera is on the work area throughout the shoot, explaining the tools and steps to the final result.

Practical explanation in English during the process, clear audio, and good lighting.

Continuous One-Take: No cuts, acceleration, filters, or music.

Format: 16:9 landscape — 1080p or higher.

Upload: YouTube (Unlisted) or Google Drive (Anyone with link).

Mga Madalas Itanong (FAQ)

 

1) Employer ba si BON?

Ang BON ay isang legal na administrative coordinator para sa mga kontrata at suweldo sa pagitan ng workshop at ng technician sa pamamagitan ng mga opisyal na channel.

 

2) Bakit TESDA at One-Take videos?

Upang matiyak ang tunay na propesyonal na kwalipikasyon at patunay ng kasanayan nang walang pag-e-edit, ayon sa pamamaraang Proof by Design, na lumulutas sa mga hindi pagkakaunawaan gamit ang ebidensya.

 

3) Ano ang kahulugan ng JD at WO? At bakit "No JD/WO = No Work"?

Tinutukoy ng JD ang pamagat, mga gawain, mga tool, at mga hangganan, at tinutukoy ng WO ang lokasyon, oras, tagal, mga maihahatid, at epekto sa pananalapi (at Door-to-Door para sa field service). Kung wala ang mga ito, lumilitaw ang kalabuan sa kontraktwal at pagpapatakbo—samakatuwid, walang trabaho kung wala sila.

 

4) Ilang video ang dapat kong isumite? At paano?

2 hanggang 5 independiyenteng video para sa bawat kasanayan, ayon sa mga kundisyon sa itaas. I-upload ang mga link sa wastong format (YouTube/Drive).

 

5) Oras ng trabaho at overtime?

Hanggang 8 oras bawat araw / 48 oras bawat linggo (overtime/araw ng pahinga na may independiyenteng WO lamang)

 

6) Paano kinakalkula ang Roadside/Mobile na oras?

Door-to-door mula sa pag-alis sa workshop hanggang sa pagbabalik (maliban kung tinukoy ng WO)

 

7) High-voltage/hydraulic/air work?

Ipinagbabawal nang walang inaprubahang kwalipikasyon, sertipikasyon, at mga pamamaraan ng LOTO/PPE. Ang anumang paglabag ay nagreresulta sa agarang pagsususpinde ng trabaho.

 

8) Paano mo idokumento ang trabaho? Ano ang layunin ng teknikal na file?

Isinadokumento namin ang pagdalo, mga gawain, pagbabasa, mga larawan, mga kopya ng WO, at mga sulat na may time stamp. Ang file na ito ay ang umiiral na sanggunian para sa pagsingil at paglutas ng hindi pagkakaunawaan.

 

9) Mga suweldo at mga Kaltas?

Isang buwanang naselyohang payslip para sa anumang deduction/overtime/advance na may orihinal na dokumento (blue pen + signature + fingerprint). Dapat ipadala ang isang kopya sa loob ng 48 oras, at ang mga voucher sa loob ng 5 araw ng negosyo.

 

10) Tumatanggap ka ba ng non-TESDA certificates?

Hindi kami tumatanggap ng mga TESDA lamang (maaaring suportahan ang mga file sa mga kursong OEM/OSH/EV-HV/ADAS bilang mga suplemento)

 

11) Mga karaniwang dahilan ng pagtanggi?

Kakulangan ng TESDA, video na walang mukha/kahulugan/paliwanag, patayo o binagong footage (cutting/acceleration/filter/musika), mahinang tunog/ilaw, hindi wastong mga link.

 

12) Maaari ba akong muling isumite pagkatapos ng pagtanggi?

Oo, pagkatapos itama ang dahilan ng pagtanggi (makakuha ng katugmang TESDA, o muling i-shoot ang mga video ayon sa mga kinakailangan).

 

13) Proseso ng mga reklamo?

Notification sa loob ng 48 oras sa form (pangalan - passport number - workshop name - WO number - kinakailangan) sa pamamagitan ng verified BON channel. Sequence: Agency (DMW) → MWO → DMW → (NLRC kung kinakailangan)
