Our regulatory role
Bon is not a direct employer. We are an exclusive administrative coordinator that connects Filipino women with licensed women's salons through our authorized agents with DMW and in liaison with MWO, with JD/WO management and professional documentation.
Tagalog: Hindi: kami direct employer; Administrative Coordinator Kami
Protection Pillars (Legal-First)
1. Women-Only Privacy: A licensed women-only environment. Photography is prohibited without written permission from BON and for a specific professional purpose.
2. JD/WO Enforcement Condition: No employment or financial impact without clear work orders and descriptions. No surprises.
3. Proof by Design: A time-stamped artwork file (attendance/achievement/photos) serves as a binding reference.
4. Official Channels Only: Verified WhatsApp/Email/BON Forms. Others are ineffective.
5. Data Protection: Limited professional use of visual materials with written consent when necessary.
How do we protect your rights in practice?
Before Acceptance: JD/WO presentation, job site sections, hours, breaks, and service limits.
On-the-job: Time-stamped attendance/completion in the technical file—billing basis.
Any additional request: Requires a new WO and written approval.
Payments/Deductions: Original receipt (blue ink + signature + fingerprint), with a copy sent within 48 hours through official channels.
Tagalog: May JD/WO bago magsimula; may ebidensiya bawat hakbang
Trusted Complaint Route
Agency (DMW-accredited) → MWO → DMW (→ NLRC if necessary). Bon coordinates documents and updates your technical file until resolution.
