Photos don't prove mastery and time. Video shows the full process. Quality tools and safety requirements: Face visible, steady angle, good light, no filters/montage/loud music in real time.
JD: Job Description (title, duties, tools, professional boundaries).
WO: Work Order (location/time/duty/output/financial impact).
You review them before final acceptance. Any changes must be documented with an updated WO document—verbal communication is irrelevant.

Apply exclusively through our licensed PH agency. Any fees must be accompanied by an official receipt. Transfers to personal accounts or agreements outside of channels are prohibited.
Boun is an exclusive administrative coordinator, not an employer. Your contract and salary are with the salon/facility, and our role is legal and coordinating: JD/WO compliance, documentation, privacy, and follow-up within the Kingdom.

Skill video for each skill: face visible, clear lighting, no filters/speed-ups/cuts, from start to finish with the service performed using tools. We do not accept photos of work instead of videos.

You sign the staff declaration, and the salon signs the beneficiary declaration. We create the technical documentation file (JD/WO, minutes, photos/videos of housing and equipment), and send a clear salary and benefits offer.
Salary and contract with the salon are in accordance with Saudi regulations. Boun follows up administratively and documents implementation against the JD/WO. It tracks salaries and receipts and prepares an evidence file in case of any dispute, in accordance with Saudi and Philippine regulations.
Tickets are coordinated by the salon and Bon. Conditions: 100% name matching with passport, PDF ticket in English, avoid transit that requires a visa. We recommend not booking on Saturdays and Mondays to ensure compliance with official authorities.
Buy a SIM card registered with your passport and send the unified arrival letter to Bonn and the agency. Do not sign any operating/financial documents at the airport. Any paperwork you receive will be marked "Receipt Only."
On-Site (Fixed Lounge): Depending on the location.
Outcall (Home/Hotel/Hall): Door-to-door from the time you leave the residence until you return.
Hybrid (Shared): Determined by the WO for each situation. Limit: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week.

30–60 minute unpaid break upon actual stoppage. OT/rest day work needs separate WO.
Women-only: Any presence of men or filming/recording without written permission via Bon is a violation. Report it immediately through the official channels. Bon reserves the right to suspend the implementation to protect your privacy.
Manual lifting limit: ≤ 15 kg/piece
If >10 kg or >30 m carrying distance or >80 cm height ⇒ Assistant/trolley required
Stairs: >10 kg: Manual lifting is prohibited on stairs; >15 kg: Carried by trolley only

You will receive a stamped payslip every month within 5 business days. Send a copy of the payslip and any deduction/overtime slips signed (blue pen, signature, fingerprint). Send copies of the slips within 48 hours of issuance through official channels.
Verified WhatsApp + official email in the company's name. No transfers to personal accounts or communication outside of these channels. Always check the agency name and DMW license.

Use the standard template (name/passport/salon/city/WO/required number) via BON channels if the matter cannot be resolved amicably: Agency → MWO → DMW, and within the Philippines, NLRC. Forum Shopping (filing the same complaint with more than one entity) is prohibited. (Tagalog: Use standard template; escalate via Agency→MWO→DMW; no forum shopping.)
One-time replacement within 90 days for a valid documented cause of a significant professional misconduct not apparent at the time of accreditation, based on evidence from the WO/technical file.
No side deals; bookings only via salon/Boun. Side deals will subject you to legal action and void any subsequent claims.
We coordinate administratively for a smooth end or new opportunity through official channels. We support those with prior claims, provided they have proper documentation and legal entry. We build a comprehensive evidence file to protect rights.
