Applicants from the Philippines with proven experience in beauty, salons, spas, massage, nails, makeup, hair, or women's tailoring are welcome to apply. Mastery of all skills is not required; you can apply based on your strongest specialization. Accepted specializations include: hairstyling, coloring, protein treatments, keratin treatments, blow-drying, makeup, nails, manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, spa treatments, massage, Moroccan baths, skincare, and women's tailoring.
A clear video showcasing the applicant's skills is required for each major listed in the application. The video must clearly show the applicant's face and the actual artwork for the chosen specialization, with clear image and sound, and without excessive filters, editing, or cropping. Photographs are not acceptable as a substitute for the skills video. The videos will be saved in the documented artwork portfolio for review and evaluation purposes.
Yes. If you have more than one skill, you can add them to your application, such as hair and makeup, nails and eyelashes, or spa and massage. A clear video demonstrating your skills must be submitted for each main specialty listed.
After receiving the application, Bon reviews the applicant's information, specialization, experience, and skills videos. Suitable candidates may be shortlisted for an initial online interview with the relevant women's facility through Bon's approved channels. If the information or videos are unclear, Bon may request updates before proceeding with the formal process.
The JD/WO refers to the approved job description and associated scope of work, including the approved specialization and overall scope of work. Formal follow-up only begins after the applicant's file, skills videos, and initial approval are complete. Bone coordinates the approved procedures through official channels and in collaboration with DMW-licensed Philippine partners, in accordance with the requirements of the MWO/POLO, DMW, Job Order/Manpower Request, and approved official updates.
Yes. Applications can be submitted from various cities across the Philippines, including Manila, Quezon, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod, Zamboanga, General Santos, Baguio, Angeles, Antipolo, Dasmarinas, Bacor, Cagayan de Oro, and others. The most important factors are: clarity of specialization, skill demonstration video, completeness of information, and overall suitability of the application.
Bonn communicates only through its official channels. Interviews, updates, and official follow-ups are conducted through these channels. Applicant data and skill videos are used for review and evaluation purposes within the approved track and should not be shared with any unofficial person or account.
There are no fees for submitting an application through the official BON form. Do not send any money to any unofficial person or account. Any instructions, requests, or follow-ups should only be verified through BON's official channels.
The application may not proceed if: The skill video is unclear Or excessively edited Or does not show the face and artwork Or contains personal or client data Or the information is incomplete Or does not match the specified specialization If a clearer video or information is required, Bon may request that the file be updated through the approved channels.
Upon arrival in the Kingdom, Bone may provide administrative follow-up through its established channels to assist in: documenting observations, coordinating clarifications, and supporting the review of issues related to approved procedures. This follow-up is of an administrative nature and does not make Bone a direct employer or operator.

It does not act as a direct employer, direct operator, or labor lending agency.
