Mandatory Notice — Video Approval Requirement

Only original, one-take videos are accepted, with no filters, tints, color correction, acceleration, trimming, or music. 1080p landscape footage, natural lighting (not "glare/bleached" or "dark"), and a fixed angle. Face and identification must be shown for the first 5 seconds (full name, specialty, skill, date), then tools must be displayed and the entire process completed. Do not show clients' faces or any personal information. Any violation = immediate rejection.

Acceptable formats: MP4 / MOV / WEBM • Number: 2–5 videos • Maximum size (suggested): 300MB per file

I hereby acknowledge that the video is my own creation and has not been copied or modified in violation of the terms and conditions.

Applications will not be accepted if they contain only photos, videos that do not meet the requirements, or expired certificates. Any content or applications that include unlicensed procedures (especially medical/injection procedures), operating outside of Women-Only, or disclosing client data will not be accepted. Any violation will result in immediate rejection, and regulatory action may be taken.
